Integrated curriculum for elementary school students
The Magical Forest of Mathematics (1st grade)
This is an introduction to numbers and shapes. Students calculate whether the squirrel has correctly added up the number of nuts it has stored for the winter and build forts for forest elves using geometric shapes. Such lessons are memorable and develop basic mathematical skills.
Secrets of Nature (2nd grade)
In these lessons, we study nature. We conduct small experiments at home or in an online laboratory on the platform to demonstrate natural phenomena. This course includes a maximum amount of practical work, making it both useful and engaging, and encouraging your child to take an interest in nature rather than gadgets.
Wallet of Dreams (3rd grade)
We learn the basics of money management. We play the alphabet of finance and other online games. They are simple in appearance but explore fundamental concepts, so that a 9-year-old student will know what their parents often do not fully understand.
Drawing the Future (4th grade)
Children give free rein to their imagination — they draw associatively. In other words, the teacher provides tasks and examples, and the children complete the work in their own way. This fosters unconventional thinking and true creativity — for example, one image representing another.
Our approach to elementary school students
We have created a Ukrainian interactive school for elementary grades, where there is no outdated, strict attitude and boredom from break to break.
Gamification
The school curriculum is integrated into an educational game. Homework has become quests, and classwork has turned into teamwork, where the teacher is not a judge but a coach participating on the field.

The journal is intended for teachers and parents, but we also include a results rating for each child so they can track their progress.

How lessons are conducted for students in grades 1–4
Theory
The teacher begins the lesson by demonstrating the material: an oral introduction, an overview of the topic (a series of animated cartoons or a classic explanation with illustrations and 3D models), and notes on the AP Desk.
Discussion
At this stage, students ask any questions they may have, and the teacher explains and conducts an additional survey.
Practice
We complete practical tasks together, often working in pairs. If a topic spans several lessons, these lessons are turned into project work.
Consolidation
The teacher conducts a final quiz and summarizes the results. Each student has the opportunity to take additional individual lessons if necessary.

Children at AP School learn through an interactive online platform, where lessons are conducted in a live format with the ability to view recordings, as well as participate in individual lessons with a teacher and complete tasks in the form of quests. It is a type of virtual classroom. It has left the classroom behind and instead opted for interesting lessons at home — the effectiveness of this transition is ensured by our distance learning format.
Will a child be expelled for poor grades?
No, our lyceum does not expel students for poor grades. Students are given additional support to help them improve their results, and there is constant monitoring of knowledge, so parents can quickly find out how their child is doing at any time.
