No, textbooks are not required in the first grade of our online school. All materials, games, and assignments are available on the online platform, which offers more specific and interactive teaching materials than textbooks. If a student needs additional books, please consult with the teacher for recommendations.
Our program includes theory, practice, and short independent work in the form of team projects. We have decided not to conduct tests in the 1st grade for now, as this would have a negative impact on students due to the added responsibility. Instead, we constantly monitor learning during regular lessons.
Yes, our service managers are in constant contact with parents. They provide them with comprehensive advice — reporting on progress, explaining the teacher’s comments if necessary, and advising on what can be done to maintain the child’s learning pace or motivate the child in case of failure.
Yes, the transfer is possible. We will help you adapt to online learning in the 1st grade at any stage: provide equipment, work on prejudices and insecurities, if necessary. This is done by our school psychologist.
Yes, there is homework. It is interactive, which keeps the child interested, so instead of popular online games (shooters, simulators, etc.), they play educational games on the platform level by level.
In our distance learning school, parents of first graders receive comments summarizing the lessons from the teacher – these are published regularly. They can be viewed in the student’s personal account.
