Time calculation

Classes from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Duration
Lessons last 45 minutes, breaks last 10 minutes, and the long break lasts 30 minutes.
Independent and team work
Class work
In class, students often complete project tasks, i.e., they learn to work in teams. The exception is independent or test work.
Homework
Students work independently, using their notes and lesson recordings. Homework takes about 2 hours.

The goal of our distance learning school is to help tenth graders prepare for graduation and exams while conserving their energy for college admissions.
Preparation for the NMT 1
Do not hire several tutors in different parts of the city, as your teenager will not have enough time to rest or even keep up with the main school curriculum.
Preparation for the NMT 2
Check the tutor’s qualifications: ask about their students’ results and find out how well they know the structure of the exam. It is best if they have taken an independent assessment or other modern test themselves.
Preparing for the NMT 3
Start preparing early; don’t wait until the last year. It is more effective to start in 10th grade than in 11th grade. Then the knowledge will be more stable.

You need to combine preparation with the school curriculum, because the last grades cover not only the repetition of previous years’ programs, but also other materials that are included in the exams.

How is online assessment organized in 10th grade?
All learning processes in 10th grade take place entirely online. Assessment is carried out using a 12-point system in an electronic journal, which is available on the platform in the student’s personal account. It is filled out by the teacher, and after the teacher’s editing, the student cannot change the entry. The results of some subjects are also recorded in the joint results ranking.
What specialized subjects are available in 10th grade?
While public institutions plan to reform specialized profiles by 2027, AP School is already introducing them according to state standards. This means that students have access to language and literature, STEM, and social sciences and humanities profiles. These subjects include Ukrainian, foreign languages and literature, natural and technical sciences (physics, chemistry, biology, algebra), and humanities (Ukrainian history, world history, and others).
How much more difficult is studying in 10th grade?
The main difficulty usually lies in combining the core curriculum with exam preparation. Studying is simply the next step in the program, just like in previous grades, but it requires more volume, experience, and application of knowledge from previous years. Therefore, independent study takes more time.
Does the online school help prepare for the ZNO or NMT?
The main idea is that students do not have to attend several tutors and school at the same time, travel long distances, and spend most of their day doing so. Preparation is already partially included in the main program of the 10th grade. If a student works according to all requirements during the last two years of school, then separate preparation will only be necessary to additionally review and consolidate the entire body of information. In this case, a tutor will only be useful for a few weeks or may even be unnecessary.
